  • What is the Gold Executive Membership?
    This membership is full time, full spectrum coaching and training including mobility, nutrition, weight training, cardiovascular training, sleep optimization, stress mitigation and much more.
  • What is 'The Deskbound Body Rebuild Method'?
    This is our flagship program. It is a 12-week program designed for executives who have been stuck in a sedentary lifestyle without an end in sight. The physical problems, especially to the neck, shoulders, back and hips resulting from prolonged periods sitting at a desk is what this program is designed to ameliorate. This program is for those who have the very real sense that their health is on a dangerous trajectory and some type of intervention or "circuit breaker" is needed to realign their body, and with it, their formally happy and positive disposition about the future. You will see and feel real change right away during this program. At its completion, you will look back on the decision you made to embark on it as the "circuit breaker" you needed.     We are James Gleeson and Troy Reneker, the founders of Future Impact Fitness. With over 40 years of combined experience as athletes, athletics coaches, personal trainers, and holistic health coaching. We specialize in helping desk-bound professionals reclaim their health and vitality. James Gleeson brings over 25 years of experience as an athlete, coach, and health writer. Educated at San Francisco State University, USA, where he competed as a track athlete. His expertise lies in the psychological foundations of health, including willpower, habit formation, and stress management. Troy Reneker is a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 15 years of experience. He is an Exercise Physiologist and is a former Australian National Karate Representative, Troy focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes through physical training programs.
